Some of those triggers include being around people who are smoking, having a spouse that smokes or having certain times of the day when smoking craving are the greatest. This is the point in which the hypnotherapist will give suggestions like “You can remain a nonsmoker around smokers” or “You don’t need to smoke, even if your spouse does” or “You will have no craving to smoke after meals.” These are things that a smoker can relate to and can help them stop smoking.
