Anxiety is a feeling, which every human experience many times in life. It is a part of our daily life. What is anxiety? Whenever you feel that you are worried or nervous you must know that you are anxious and the feeling is known as anxiety. The term also encompasses the feelings of concern or fear. The reason for which you are having the feeling is immaterial, but when you feel any of these things it will be included in the definition of anxiety. Anxiety disorder is a permanent feeling but normal anxiety is not.
